This is the face that Queen Ayumu makes before she kills someone with her chopsticks.
Ayumu Kasuga AKA Kasuga The Spacey AKA Osaka is an Earth Queen. She is skilled in the art of Chopstick Fighting and has killed many people with this ability. At one during her reign she invaded the Fire Nation in an attempt to steal some Sata Andagi but failed to find it and was later driven out by Fire Lord Izumi who threatened to Burn her face off.
The invasion resulted in 200000 deaths, 9999999999999999 injuries, 9 towns burnt to ashes, and the Fire Nation Palace getting chopped in half.
